Returns

As a small business offering carefully curated home and lifestyle products, we currently do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Colour, texture, or size expectations that are clearly described in the product listing

We encourage customers to review product descriptions, dimensions, and images carefully before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, we will gladly arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Clear photographs of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will process a replacement request as quickly as possible.

Replacement Eligibility

Replacement requests will be approved when:

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Sufficient photographic evidence is provided
  • The product has not been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Requests submitted beyond 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not offered.

However, in the rare event that:

  • A replacement product is unavailable, or
  • We are unable to fulfil your order,

a refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been packed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Product Variations

Many of our products feature handcrafted finishes, natural textures, glazing variations, speckling, brushwork, or slight colour differences. These characteristics are part of the product's unique appeal and should not be considered defects.
